Brad Barnes, our Member of the Quarter for Q2! A
committed member since 2015, Brad's ongoing
leadership and service have left a meaningful mark
on both the Council and the community, especially
through his role as Chair of the Priority Setting
and Resource Allocation (PSRA) Committee.
QUARTER 3 September 1, 2024 - November 30, 2024
Von Biggs, our Member of the Third Quarter! His
dedicated service as Vice-Chair of the Planning
Council and his ongoing commitment to the
community make him an invaluable asset to the
Council.

HIV Health Services Planning Council and Chair
